Today i found out that, more than likely my girlfriend will not becoming to see me in november. This is because her parents told her that they are not helping her pay for her tuition anymore and only paying for her residency and books. She hasn’t even made enough money this summer, to pay for her tuition and because of this has to get a job while at school. She asked if this was going to disappoint me that she wasn’t able to come out to see me, I said there is only one way that it would disappoint me, I told her she could still save the money if she wanted to but it would be hard. She assumed I was telling her not to go out and have fun while she was at school. Of course i want you to go out and enjoy your life, but I was trying to tell her that if she really wanted to come see me in november she would have to make sacrifices, and maybe only go out once a week or once every other week, instead of 2-3 times a week, buying pointless things that she will never use. She tried turning it back on me saying that I didn’t understand, after this i just said i had nothing else to say and i do understand what your saying. i think she is incredibly mature and responsible of her to pay for her school.
When she first told me she was going to come, i don’t even no why I got my hopes up, because i knew it was never going to happen. I feel let down sometimes because if she would just make some sacrifices it could happen.
